All prices are listed in Dollars, taxes included if applicable. We may change prices without prior notice.

4. Payment

Payments are securely processed via GoCardless. We do not store any banking information.

5. Delivery

Virtual currency is credited automatically to your website account upon successful payment.

6. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with UK and EU consumer laws, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital goods delivered immediately and not provided on physical media.

7. Liability

Northbridge Interactive LLP is not responsible for temporary unavailability of the server or user account issues.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of UK courts. EU consumers may also rely on their national consumer protection laws.

9. Digital Goods & Virtual Currency - Consumer Disclosures

We offer purchases of virtual currency that can be used to unlock in-game items or services on our Arma 3 server and website.

Please note the following important disclosures:

  • All purchases are for digital goods only and are non-refundable once completed.
  • Virtual currency has no real-world monetary value.
  • It is non-transferable, non-redeemable for cash, and cannot be traded outside the platform.
  • All purchases are considered final once processed and confirmed.

These terms are disclosed clearly at checkout in compliance with applicable U.S. consumer protection laws.

10. Payment Security & Compliance

Payments made through our site are processed via GoCardless, a secure and PCI DSS-compliant payment provider.

We do not store, access, or retain your banking or financial information directly on our servers.

Your payment details are handled solely by GoCardless in accordance with international security standards and data protection regulations.

11. Acceptance of Terms
